The symbolic stained glass windows of First Baptist in Jackson, MS were restored by Bovard Studio in 2016. Their historic wood frames underwent restoration with improved ventilation thanks to our 1400 series US patented Precision Flow® ventilation system.

We love to make hand-painted medallions, which are used in traditional stained glass windows to feature meaningful symbols. Here is a set of medallions with symbols that were completely customized for our clients. We can work with new symbols and also provide a directory of traditional symbols for our clients to work with. Repairing Stained Glass Professionally

Our artists are skilled in replicating detailed painted stained glass: an essential part of restoring traditional stained glass windows. Look at this repaired stained glass face we completed for St. Mary in Centerville, IA. The highest compliment we can receive is that a window appears just the same as before damage once the installation is complete.

Custom Stained Glass for St. Michael's

These two rose windows were completely custom designed, hand-painted, assembled, and installed by Bovard Studio. The motifs in the window design are shared with the existing windows at St. Michael’s in Pawcatuck, CT. The overall composition is reminiscent of the church’s former rose windows that were lost, maintaining the spirit of this beautiful facility.

Stained Glass Galore At St. Mary's, Fairfield, IA

Bovard Studio designed new stained-glass windows extensively for our local St. Mary Catholic Church in Fairfield, IA. Several full-figured windows were designed for the church and several other windows were restore. As with all our new window frames, with our Patented Precision Flow® venting system frames for the protection and conservation of stained glass windows.

Announcing Apprenticeship Program

Bovard Studio is happy to announce our receipt of the Coronavirus Relief Fund Earn and Learn Grant Award, which will allow us to take on ten apprentices in our Registered Apprenticeship Program. Our apprentices will be working with experienced journeymen and master craftspersons to learn the highly specialized skills of stained-glass creation, repair and installation. We are currently accepting applicants general on our website at bovardstudioinc.com/employment.

Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Church: Jacksonville, FL

Bovard Studio Restored full-figured Munich style windows for the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Church in Jacksonville, FL. We used our 1430 Series Precision Flow® frames for the preservation of these historical windows. The current building was dedicated in 1910 and was the tallest building in Jacksonville at the time.
