Bovard Studio welcomes a Production Assistant with extensive experience in stained glass— Alesha Hall hailing from New York. Alesha has explored many art mediums and spent time as an educator in art history, graphic design, and photography. She dabbled in painting, illustration, ceramics, and metalworking, but nothing compares to the engrossing challenges and sense of accomplishment she finds in the medium of stained glass. Alesha enjoys the rich history embedded in stained glass and joins the ranks of many dedicated to preserving this wondrous art form. Uncovering Stained Glass Splendor with New Protective Covering
The before and after photos at First Presbyterian Church in Hastings, NE show how old window coverings can yellow over time, obscuring the brilliance of the stained glass. We installed our 1400 Series frames on 80 windows, transforming the quality of the exterior and interior experience of these beautiful windows. In addition, we built a new leaded stained glass rose window and frame to complement style of existing windows.
Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Church: Jacksonville, FL
Bovard Studio Restored full-figured Munich style windows for the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Church in Jacksonville, FL. We used our 1430 Series Precision Flow® frames for the preservation of these historical windows. The current building was dedicated in 1910 and was the tallest building in Jacksonville at the time.

Moline's Sacred Heart Church Aglow Again
Our restoration of the majestic windows at Sacred Heart in Moline is coming to completion. Look at these finished interior shots that show the scale of the ambitious project. Thirty-two windows were meticulously releaded and brought back to their full luminosity. Formed in 1906, the church is a historic building of Moline designed by Zachary Taylor Davis, who also designed Wrigley Field.
Restored Barrel Vault Laylight Illuminates Wesleyen University
The barrel vault laylight stretching over Slocum Hall at Ohio Wesleyan University was restored and releaded by Bovard Studio in 2005. Several portraits of historical figures had been damaged prior to restoration and were skillfully replicated by or talented stained glass artists.

Our Field Crew position is full time where you will be restoring stained glass windows in churches and historical facilities, nationwide.
